During construction the top two floors of the property and a bit of the ground floor space were leased to Germany’s largest medical testing company, Synlab, for medical diagnostic purposes.  Synlab proposed a highly sophisticated build-out including prefabricated, self contained air handling and lighting units to address ventilation challenges of myriad diagnostics being performed on site.
