With more than 20 years of corporate real estate marketing experience, Starr Argyrakis is the Sales Enablement Content Manager for North America, based in Houston. Focused on developing baseline and bespoke content to support Avison Young’s sales force with multi-service line RFPs and new business pursuits, Starr works directly with service line leaders and regional marketing leads to produce the most technically complex proposals and presentations. As part of the global content development team for Avison Young’s new integrated brand management software, she is tasked with identifying consistent on-brand content for local office marketing needs.
Previously the Marketing Manager for Avison Young’s U.S. Occupier Solutions platform, Starr has expanded her reach to support all service lines across North America. An accomplished senior marketing professional with broad commercial real estate experience encompassing strategic and creative proposal development, Starr oversaw the Occupier Solutions group’s entire marketing efforts. Key responsibilities included standardizing processes, acting as the single point of contact managing RFI and RFP responses, tracking prospects and new business development, as well as building the Occupier Solutions brand.
Prior to joining Avison Young in 2013, Starr held marketing positions at Colliers, Grubb & Ellis and CBRE. Throughout her career, Starr has specialized in new business expansion including proposal and presentation creation, content development, and graphic support to enforce corporate branding in marketing collateral. For many years, Starr acted as a corporate liaison with CoreNet Global, which included managing the relationship, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying sponsorship opportunities. Starr also has significant experience in editorial sourcing and corporate event planning.
