Professional Background

Greg Benckart joined Avison Young in October of 2019 as an Associate. Greg focuses on tenant representation, agency leasing, buyer representation and seller representation. Prior to joining Avison Young, Greg worked for 7 years as a sales consultant with Federated Hermes in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he specialized in organic business generation, portfolio analytics, and investment manager due diligence. Greg is a member of NAIOP’s Developing Leaders and is currently pursuing his CCIM designation.
