Advising our client on the disposal of a range of properties. Office accommodation includes c. 1,000 sq ft in 50 Gresham Street, 2,239 sq ft in 55 Charterhouse Street and 9,832 sq ft in 15 Eldon Street.

GFT Financial Ltd

Capital House, 85 King William Street. On behalf of the tenant, we disposed of 14,000 sq ft on the 3rd floor of a high quality building in the City Core.
